Job Responsibilities:1.Provide administrative and logistics support to Faculty, including daily routine support, business trip plans, reimbursements, and personal affairs2.Provide admin support on academic activities and departmental activities3.Provide logistic support to events organized by Dean’s Office4.Teamwork with secretary and other departments5.Other admin tasks assigned by Dept. HeadJob Requirements:1.Bachelor/Master degree in English or Business Administration preferred2.1-2 years working experience in secretary or admin assistant3.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese4.Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point5.Detail oriented with strong team work spirit6.Responsible and capable to work independently7.Good multi-tasking ability and can work under pressure.
